Cross post from the RB: Thanks Mike. By: hybridmsg Reply To: None Saturday, 5 Feb 2000 at 11:32 AM EST Post # of 15056 This last month has been great for CVIA. If you look at the chart: quote.yahoo.com CVIA has held the 1.40 pretty well. That's 4.20 pre-split. If you remember, pre-split we couldn't hold $4.00 for any length of time. CVIA has had a chance to take a breather and re-group. It has also started to get a little attention outside of this board: pennynews.cjb.net (Top Pick) pennystock.com (Mentioned in newsletter) pennyheaven.com (CVIA is a Top 10 pick for 2000) I think CVIA is getting ready for another push up. Of course we need news to do it. But I think there is plenty of that coming: * Keith mentioned that CVIA recently bought something and sold something * Keith said a report about the status of gold and oil production would be out after January 31, 2000 * AHCD IPO is very close to being completed * CVIA has contracted with ROCO to start another oil well * IPOSITE news could happen at any time * Earnings from gold and oil should show in the first quarter 10QSB * CVI-D news regarding new projects could come any time. Eric Farris mentioned that there might be a big surprise for us in 30 days * clickgarden news could happen at any time * FDA status of Great Mane Marketing could happen at any time * Impressive Products growth update or IPO could happen at any time * Starting a move to Nasdaq, possibly using the preferred shares could start are in March Here are a few "Keith Capsules": 02/01/2000 "The auditors and the Lawyers have the filing, target date for trading (of the preferred) is March." 02/03/2000 "Look at it this way... I am having to stay off RB, because I am afraid letting anything slip, even hints." 02/04/2000 "Yeah next week there should be a couple of breaks in this self imposed silence around here. I think at the minimum, you will see AHCD cross the finish line, (one of five reasons for my trip to NYC) and the execution of another project, we are working on."
