I see two things offering resistance at 140

1. tons of buyers at 140 area two weeks ago
.. many of them now are exiting in relief, out even
.. we chipped away at them on Wed, broke thru on Thurs, chipped away more Friday, and found a comfort zone

2. we have made a decent recovery from 105-110
.. time for a breather prior to weekend, up 27 this week

support at the 137-140 ribbon range seems stable
it is acting more like support below than resistance above
we settle toward 138 more than react sharply off 140-142

MACD is showing improvement
18day and 30day MA's are beginning to realign consistently

NazComp made new highs today
if not for friday, might have held it
a momentum swing for NazComp could be leading us higher

the real fireworks were in bonds last couple days, wow
rumors flying that some big Houses took major hits
they use complicated hedging strategies with 10yr/30yr TBonds
they use commodity futures, whose leverage destroys balance sheets
IMO the bond decline from the last two months IS OVER !!!

we might be setting the stage for a move toward 160 level
with the 2-1/2 week downcycle over, and our typical 3-4 week upcycle only one week old, I am banking on upward movement

just my opinion
