Well Joe, Stu Haugen is of no real concern to me. I am following the CSHK story as I always have.

However, the facts of Tony Boyden's involvement, his apparently intimate involvement with Rhonda from the beginning, an involvement that is quite undeclared and even was denied by the CSHK corporate counsel, and Rhonda herself as I recall - these are the things that I occupy myself with.

In fact, I thank you for bringing the link about Stu's background here. I hadn't seen it as yet. Surely it should be considered in evaluating Stu's motivation.

But the fact remains, that Tony Boyden was negotiating on CSHK's behalf. Rhonda wasn't there, but Tony was arranging an intellectual property rights settlement for the company just as a "concerned shareholder"? He paid for Stu's flight from Paris. And a day of his lawyer's time? Please. That really stretches credibility.
