GST,
Rumor has it that a hedge fund or bullion bank(s)are going broke from a bad deriv trade, long the 30yr short the 2 or 5 yr. Names mentioned include Deutsh bank, Goldman, ML and a few others. Have no idea if any of it is true but this whole move gathered steam with that Fed emergency meeting rumor.

So now what did CNBC say, I missed it.

It is posted on the Barick thread. Don't know the source - I mean who he is.

The Dow must fall today surely? Starting right now. BTW Bloomberg doesn't even report the rise in the POG in its headlines. I think there is huge belief out there in the market that Uuncle Al will always come to the rescue.
