So now Yogi is a dip-shit huh? Actually, Yogi was engaging in a time-honored tradition known as "bastardizing." Which means to take something obvious and pronounce it wrong or spell it wrong on purpose so as to insult or make fun of your target, without looking like you did it on purpose, for example: "Geeeeezzzzus" instead of "Jesus" when acting surprised or startled. "Dang-it" instead of "Damn-it" when expressing dissatisfaction or malcontempt in the presence of children. "Ka-honies" instead of "cajones" when applying spanish language to anglo-american slang, to wit, "balls." The practice of "bastardizing" can be extended to names of otherwise familiar people, for example: "Commander-in-heat".... you know who we are referring to with no further hints. I may refer to "Al Gore" as "Al Bore"... not only would I not be the first one to do this, but I may garner a chuckle or two even from those who think that I had simply made a typo. By way of further example, Republicans following Presidential candidate Alan Keyes are known as "Keysters." So you see, even though Yogi posts a lot, and we enjoy his wit ("half"). Indulge him a little on spelling just in case the dip-shit was doing it on purpose, LOL... right... but just in case.
