I took the 80% from their prior comments. Since the 25,500,000 PALM shares reserved to cover employee options look to lower the number of shares available to COMS shareholders, and since the number of PALM shares needed to cover COMS options of former 3COM employees (these may be treated differently than the 25.5M?) is unknown, I decided to start over with their initial statement that about 80% would be distributed. Edit: Now I'm off to run errands. If I don't promptly answer any feedback, it may be because I'm not at the keyboard.
