If this rise in the POG was perceived by investors as sustainable, the XAU would be up a minimum of 12%.

Until I see confirmation by the XAU, I am forced to conclude that this rise in the POG is merely a very temporary event which will be completely reversed.

I put all of the XAU stocks in a portfolio, at the correct ratios, last week when the XAU was near 59.
I made a $59,000 portfolio, and you can see how all of the components have performed since last week.
