To get Schwab's quote on Softbank, dial 1-800-992-4685. When you get a recordeded message, press 7 and you will get another recorded message with quotes for PCCLF and other stocks including Softbank (bid and asked). The quotes may not be up to date. You can wait for a live broker, but he also may have outdated quotes unless you ask him to check right now. You will probably need to have a Schwab account since they ask you about half the time. These American market makers will trade on Friday. That's why they get the big bucks (the $50 spread between bid and asked) because they are taking such risks <G>. In the past, when I buy Softbank, I ask that they transact my trade in Tokyo overnight rather than on the US over the counter market. You have to put in a "good til cancelled" limit order to do this and specify overnight in Tokyo. I remember once they executed my trade at the limit that I had specified but the stock never traded that high in Tokyo overnight. When I questioned them, they mumbled something about a "misprint" in the tape and they corrected the trade to the high in Tokyo overnight. Sure, a misprint in the tape <LOL>.

Schwab is currently quoting $1280 bid $1330 offered but this was as of 12:15 ET so it's couple of hours old. We could have a small pullback from these, but I think you'll be well into the plus column before the end of February.
