What really interested me was the fact that they recently raised about $30M based on a
$300M valuation. Since they are not a pure internet play, how was such an insane valuation
reached for a bycycle messenger service?

Any thoughts?

I studied this one evening. If I recall a lot of the money raised was from Amazon. That was their 10% Stake correct?

What I can recall being specified is if it was in cash or stock. This may have been cash because the actual dollar amount was reased. Typically, Amazon takes a stake lately in money strapped companys for exchange for a tap on thier web page and a return of many dollars over many years. Those positions are always an unspecified amount so I am almost due Amazon gives them stock. Guessing of course.

I really have no concrete thoughts. It does not make sense to me.
