Att Wireless Tracking Stock

Can anyone here refer me to a comprehensive listing of Att wireless holdings here and abroad?

and

Does the wireless tracking stock just reflect U.S. holdings or all wireless holdings, whatever they may be, throughout the world?

Thanks in advance.

Below is information from the AT&T publication.
I have included some revenue numbers for comparison. In knowing that there is substantial build out required, I wonder how much will be offered in the IPO. That will give an idea of how much will be distributed. The Sales numbers indicate that the Wireless group is about 10% of total AT&T revenue.
Maybe approx. 1 share for each 10 shares of T.

From the "AT&T Special Meeting" Announcement, page 39.

The Distribution
"We currently intend to follow the initial public offering with a distribution to holders of AT&T common stock of shares of AT&T Wireless Group tracking stock. The shares would represent the economic performance of the AT&T Wireless Group not represented by the shares of tracking stock issued in the initial public offering. The exact method of the distribution has not yet been determined. Following the distribution, we expect that the outstanding shares of AT&T Wireless Group tracking stock will reflect 100% of the economic performance of the AT&T Wireless Group."

Shares to be distributed after the IPO and completion of MediaOne merger.

Wireless Financial Data

AT&T Total Financial with Wireless out

Hope this helps
