Wait. You said their REVENUES are going down: CSCO is expected to report a revenue decline of 7% qtr over qtr.

You are in error. Serious error.

MM -- I called you an idiot, not Bill.

I'll type it out real slow

There is a difference between comparing q/q R E V E N U E and y/y revenue G R O W T H. You said less revenue than previous quarter. You did not say less revenue growth.

You're still an idiot.

In any case, and you as a LU investor should really understand this better than anyone, comparing one quarter against the next in terms of y/y growth rate is a little tricky. Quarters have different dynamics, holiday seasons, end of buying cycles, etc. that alter the picture.

Following your logic, should I assume LU will see shrinking revenues moving forward because of one quarter?

I guess we'll see how CSCO does for the quarter. Any ill-fated predictions like last time? (when you made a quite a fool of yourself on the CSCO board ....)
