PictureTel is undervalued if you compare it against White Pine (WPNE).... note that WPNE already broke out last year and continues to climb too. I am an investor in this company so I don't have a 12 month target on PCTL. I'm in this stock for the long haul (2+ years) as I believe video over IP will take on a new meaning. Won't worry about the day to day ups and downs. Am very pleased by the price appreciation since I bought it last year. Watch VTel (VTEL) as they too are in the same industry and are undervalued, imo.
