MPTVE has a pretty good shot at getting to .05 especially with the dreaded "e" being removed. Lots of money is starting to chase these stocks and they are really starting to do better than they would in days gone by.

TLWN

I am expecting news within two weeks regarding the company filing to become fully reporting, and the release of the 1998 and 1999 financials. With the company attending the Canadian Hardware and Building Materials Show in February 6-8, 2000, and IR's comments about the company expecting to file next week, I'd say we can expect news within two weeks timeframe or sooner.

SSP, I know you don't like companies that aren't fully reporting and won't put them on the RUMOR LIST, but I 'd like to share my thoughts on TLWN.

I saw all the PR's (5 within the past 3 weeks)coming out with TLWN and saw its volume has been high for past three weeks, indicating some accumulation going on. I decided to call the company and see if I could find out any more information. I had a nice conversation today with Dave Bowman, IR for the company. I was impressed with his direct, down-to-earth, answers. He didn't hype the company other than stating that there are many business discussions currently going on. Here is what I was able to get from him.

1. Dave said he wasn't exactly sure of the float, but his understanding is that it is approximately 13 million shares. Back in August 1999, the float was around 7 million. Actual numbers will be confirmed when the company files for full reporting status.

2. He said the original filing date was scheduled for end of January, but due to a death in the family of the auditor, this was pushed back for couple of weeks.

3. The company is diligently working hard to have the audit of 1999 financials completed by next week. When the audit is done, the company will be filing a 10Q with the SEC to become fully reporting.

4. The company is expecting to file by February 11, 2000. The filing will be announced in a PR. Dave said he already has the PR in hand and is waiting for the go ahead from the CEO, Dallas Jones.

5. Stockholders can expect some very good PR's to come from the company in the very near future. Dave couldn't go into much details about the PR's, but just stressed that there will be plenty with all the activity going on.

Now, I like this statement from the last PR A number of the largest retail chains in that market have expressed strong interest in our product line,'' said Jack Moore, Trim-A-Lawn Director of Sales. ''I will be personally attending the show and meeting with many of these people during the show. The Canadian market is a natural extension of our aggressive sales program to mass ''merchandisers.

VIPM . . . are you watching this? I think you were out when Laura and I first posted it at .02 X .03. It is now .07 X .10. Buys are streaming in at .10 cents. Be careful everyone, this one is going up awfully fast.
