Is there a thread policeman here? If not, can we have one? Several great threads (QCOM/JDSU)lose fantastic posters due to the change of direction of the thread- Long term prospects of the company VS. what the stock price will be in next five minutes. CREE is starting to get that type of attention. If I'm way off base, simply ignore this message.

Can you patent a 'use' for a product??

there is a guy who put paper and glue together and got a patent. he is one rich dude.
the name of the product is post-it notes.

i have read the cree patent portfolio....may i suggest you do that and see if you don't agree SiC products and devices can be patented.
