Jay, I've had similar problems where when I tried to switch servers it would only let me alternate between 2 or 3 (not all 17). Recently, this Friday, I was unable to change servers at all -when ISLD went down on stclara- and rebooting and relogging did not change the server. I was told that if my continuim notepad had the serverlist=true that I should be OK... (my value was true but I was still unable to switch servers). The tech support person I talked to recommended not messing with the Continuim Client. Is the Continuim Client Notepad file the same thing as the ContinuimClient ini file you recommend deleting? I found the ContinuimClient Notepad and Temp folder by right clicking the QCharts Icon then clicking find target.. Is this the right place to find both? thanks--- John
