all the metals had a great day today. many companies will follow Placer's lead...it was about time this happened.
Chuckie was mentioned on CNBS. and no, i don't believe we'll fall back into the old pattern. if we start to move down early next week, the S&P will be in a 3 of 3 wave down, and that's supposed to be the ugliest part. the rallies get ever more concentrated in fewer and fewer stocks and sentiment is right back at historic extremes...bears throwing towels could be spotted yesterday on occasion and the NAZ is really stretched...at the moment i find it hard to believe that a new up-leg can start right from here. we still haven't had a washout, there's absolutely no fear. and yet, the dislocations in the bond and metals markets are huge - that's going to take a bite out of liquidity.
