Voltaire! Please do not take this personally. You asked for a board discussion. Here is my two cents worth! I don't think you should compare animals and humans unless you are working on short term relationships. (Which in that case animal behavior would probably work) How often do you see a couple of animals in long term relationships. The only time I have seen this is when someone else has chosen the animals partner, as in a zoo, home and etc. You just do not see them walking down the street holding paws. Now this is a subject that depydog should know something about. I think he might have had a few of those short term relationships under the porch lately. Sure money might be #2 but I believe what makes a good love, sex, marriage, fantastic lifetime relationship is companionship built on respect for one another. I believe that what a lot of men (its the animal in them) do not realize is that the sexual relationship does not start over a glass of wine and dinner. It is a continuous thing. All day and all night. It is those little things that have nothing to do with the actual sexual act but the way you treat you wife/husband when things are not going so well. It is a real turn off (not turn on)when attention/respect is given by a spouse only when they have their own agenda.
