I skimmed the article -- yes, it was interesting. I shouldn't have gotten involved in this discussion today, really didn't have the time, but it's a fascinating subject and nice to find intelligent people to discuss it with, including a couple of lawyers, which always makes it fun. I have to go out and get the mail -- already an hour plus late, but had three potential new clients call today (they would choose an already busy day, they always do) so have to run without doing justice to your post. I shall return!
