Bobby you should have listened to me...i said for the past few days that it didn't matter if THE low in the XAU was in, we were definitely in the buy zone. in a market with so many shorts you have to BE there...the moves when they begin are just too violent. interestingly in early trading today many of the junior gold stocks failed to react...no-one believes in gold anymore. more and more components of the CRB are waking up...but that doesn't matter, because there is NO INFLATION <ggg>. as for the NAZ, new high not confirmed by any other index, nutz negatory, COMP outperforming NDX, and all this amidst what must count among the worst sentiment readings in history...not exactly the best preconditions for a big new leg up. still, the resilience of the stock market is simply amazing...sometimes i'm asking myself what it will take....<ggg> hb
