Avanex - Optical Nirvana George Gilder did a write up on Avanex titled "Optical Nirvana" few months back. I think he discussed two companies - Corvis and Avanex - potentially accelerating and aiding the fibre bandwidth glut. I took an initial position today around 170. I think more than 95% of M Stanley IPO's trade comfortably above the first day closing price in the after market. But I sure hope to accumulate some more at lower prices. -Srini
