I have spoken to some CMRC insiders regarding this GM
deal, and you are right that CMRC does not benefit "directly" from this deal. By this, I mean, CMRC does
not "collect" revenue on any GM sales on CMRC's MarketSite,
but rather, just collect money by some kind of license
agreement.

However, this is just a short term marketing strategy
from CMRC to ensure the popularity and wide adoption
of its MarketSite. The real cash cow for CMRC in the
long term is its MarketSite engine. When the mass
starts to follow GM and moves its trasaction onto
MarketSite, this engine will act like a money printer
for CMRC. And I would be surprised if CMRC does not
start collecting commission from its MarketSite when
the time is ready
