i am surprised no major fund has gone bankrupt in the last 18 months...could goldie or some like that be THAT stupid, to bet the 'rent and grocery $' ??

i never understood this derivative shit. i mean, i phoned a pension fund here once and asked them if they used derivatives. they do but you know they are careful, have a team, etc. i said, someones on the other end of that trade, they are careful and have a team too ! only one guy wins each trade, except the public loses because we end up paying the salaries of these delicate geniuses at the pension funds.

i actually worked for one briefly, and they owned bre-x at the bitter end !!! i never understood why they paid the guy 100k when a silly clerk could have ordered index funds with the net proceeds.

LT - Well, there are way too many clown posters, but at some point the bears will be right =g=

and you are right about that attitude, the nasdaq makes a new high with this kind of backdrop is bizarre, their is no fear around, even the vix makes a spike down to the low 20's.

This is a little disturbing for the bulls, the Q didn't follow thru with the nasdaq today and is being repelled off the B wave triangle, which means there is probably still a D and an E in the offing.
