>>If you visit the Denver area, try a beer named "Fat Tire." <<
A great amber ale! Have to admit, though, first time I had it I thought the name came from what it was going to put around my waist. Later the same year I was in Durango on my fly fishing excursion, and discovered the proper biking lingo...how embarrassing

bearshark: **OT** I have had a bottle of Anchor Steam, not bad...<g> There are very few beers I have not tried.

Except for the micro breweries which are fashionable in the San Francisco area. I use to play shuffle board at one in San Mateo...

Regards,
LG

*OT* >>an OK beer but the label is worth more than the taste of the beer. <<

Do you remember "Olde Frothingslosh?" Each can had a picture of Miss Olde Frothingslash in her swim suit and each "miss" went about 300-400 pounds and had hobbies like welding, septic sucking etc. To this day I chuckle thinking about the first time I saw that one. I think I still have an empy can of it somewhere for nostalgias sake. <ggg>

Good Luck,

Lee
