Anybody else with their own quantitative/informal indicators on when you will get back to 100% invested in stocks?

FWIW, When the % of stocks above their own 10 week moving average moves up 6% or so, I will probably take my hedges off. When the NYSE Bullish Percentage chart reverses up from these levels or below, I will be probably buying with both hands.

This could take a fairly long time. This is not to say that the market is going to crash or that it is even going to go down. It could be a while until the risk level in the market decreases to the point where buying any more stock would be prudent IMHO.
