NAV = $1.95 / share (reserves discounted 15%)

Cash Flow: '99 = .53/share, 2000 est = .73/share based on
expected average of 1,400 boepd during 2000, & $19.00 oil.

Current Production = 1150 boepd, approx 60% oil 40% gas.

Exit production for 2000 expected to be 1,600 boepd.

Land position = 78,000 net acres.

2000 drilling program = 30 wells, 13 net.

Pres = Vic Luhowy (formerly COO with Elan).

* Note: 2000 cash flow of .72/share has been removed from their web site. I think they're going to revise it upwards, as I believe it was rather low.
