On Jan 11th, the government came out with their first statements on instituting new cards with biometrics. They estimated the cost at $1 billion. I thought I saw a later presentation covering the potential bid but it had raised the estimate to $1 1/2 billion. Does anyone recall seeing this link?

Rick,

There is alot of good information on the site. One can/should take a few hours to explore it all. IDX finally has a first class website.

The last piece to this puzzle is when will Wall Street finally warm up to the stock. The frustration levels are building on the boards which tells me the time is drawing near.
