Go to IPOs in Etrade. Just had two for what they call IOI today. You have to IOI, then keep on top of the re-confirmations. there is usually a 2 hr window open for each step, but not always. Its hit or miss at best. Some customers have up to 75 accounts, just for this lottery process. fact is, its the only thing I use Etrade for, I am a Datek lover myself.
