appreciate your post, you've helped me understand this a little better. I picked up more shares of Geac on Friday and will continue to buy at these prices, the downside risk is very low and the upside is probably a double and then some.

As long as one can accept that the price may be a bit volatile for the next few months this is a great company to have in your portfolio. In 1 year and likely sooner, the sun will shine on our party too.

Play the King: Am I correct to assume that the excess of the price over book has to be allotted to I.P and or Goodwill and these need to be depreciated albeit at different rates.

If I recall JBA had a large amt of Inventory and receivables. Many times Companies exaggerate and DD fails to
scrutinize the history. I remember the MCK HBOC affair.

I am surprised that the Company failed to even put out a statement saying they knew of no reason for the decline. It seems logical that the street knows more than the Company has officially released.

A real disaster stock especially when most TECH stocks are at their peak.
