reid brandon: **OT** I don't live on the peninsula anymore. I now live in Texas. The name of the place was Barley and Hopps on South B Street in San Mateo. It was a microbrewery and was three levels. The basement level was for scheduled live entertainment. The street level was the microbrewery and a restaurant featuring mesquite smoke meats. The upper level was a single room featuring pool tables shuffleboard, cigar humidor and bar offering their special brews.

Not many places in that area where you can smoke and play pool. Of course, I only smoke cigars...<g>
