That Paine Webber analyst may look like a buffoon

. . . . and his millenium (1000) statement may have been inopportune, facilitating a stange parabola for the Q. But, that statement will stick in people's minds for a long time. I have yet to here him (Arthur Cashin?) retract that target.

Let's take a poll as to when his target will, in fact, be reached. PM me with your predictions. I will collect data and announce results during a subsequent Qualcomm Anonymous meeting.
