All the best things are Southern...

Don't know why I have a longing for a way of life I've never actually lived. Grass is greener, I guess. Tennessee Williams, Eudora Welty, Flannery O'Connor- them southerners know how to write! My fiance's from a place called Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, near Chattanooga. Not too too far from the Porch! Great place to visit- don't know if I could actually live there, though. I'm kind of hooked on the energy and openmindedness of the city.

I'm having trouble picturing you in a Honda--(: I love rebels, but no rebel flags, please!

speaking of jack daniels...

there's an attorney here named jack daniels... no wait... his name's charles daniels but that's not important right now because what it brings to mind is his wife who's also an attorney. she's absolutley the BEST trial attorney i have ever seen in my LIFE. she got a three time husband killer off scott free. damn, she's good. and she is REALLY a looker too. man! sometimes i just find myself walkin' down the street day dreaming about her. whooo wee. i would KILL to have her as my attorney.

am i ramblin'?

sorry.

tg, I know what you mean about the rebel flag. When I was a kid, I had one on my '64 Falcon. To me it was a symbol of heritage..yadda yadda.

I did find a "bonnie blue" license plate though. Are you familiar? A white star on a blue background. The first Confederate flag, I believe. It is not a symbol of hate. (The hate groups aren't smart enough to know about it.) It looks real good and hardly anyone, including red necks, know what it is.
