Well Bruce before you get too trigger happy with the pejoratives here, I suggest that you step back and look at the landscape that is largely of your making.

On Jan 3: "The accounting firm we signed a three-year agreement with has rescheduled us for the first two weeks of January, due to their busy load, for our final audit to complete 4 years of audited financials. We are running approximately 30 days behind from submission due to various delays."

Looks to me like you are running later than that now. And you are suggesting no end in sight. I have asked simple questions as to your progress and you are choosing to see this as taunting. If you think my two reminders posted weeks apart are taunting, then you are in for a rude surprise.

You are questioning my creditability?

Sure. I have no idea who you are. I suppose that you are an honourable man. But I have asked you when you would be filing and you made statements indicating when the auditors would be working with you. (The first two weeks in January.) Here we are in the latter part of the first week in February, with no filing, NO COMMITTMENT TO A DATE for filing, and you telling me about how difficult a task it is. This is not a good response. You are telling me about your problems, instead of informing the public about your schedule and your solutions.

You want credibility, you earn it. Make a commitment to a date for filing, and then live up to it. Every excuse you make erodes the capital of your credibility.
