My understanding of COMS spinnoff is that if you
own options you will not receive shares of PALM, your options will be treated as if there was a stock split,
so basically you will own more options in COMS

Short term I am playing COMS for the IPO. I have march calls out that I am planning on selling the day of the IPO.
I am also long stock, and have not decided when I will sell it.

The stock will drop after the spinnoff due to pricing readadjusting.
