No briand, that is not what I am suggesting. What I am suggesting is that QWST get somebody like ALA/NN who know howÿ to build carrier-class networks that work to build their network. Then they will be free toÿ throw the MCI/ASND/LU/-10 day-Chicago-blackout-garbage out of their network and move on with their lives.
