Stevie, everybody here is an "alleged" shareholder if they claim so. Even you.

I know that it's AMD's intent to use Fab25 for Flash plus another outside house. I was simply suggesting an alternative plan. That's all. The goal is sustained profitability. Can we agree on that? I think AMD will ultimately miss that goal by following their plan of making processors in Fab30. I believe the EEC requires at least some European contect in products sold there and this will allow AMD to sell Flash to that market.
