<OT> Hi John, legend has it that the traitor was a woman who had been scorned. Think about that one. Being single doesn't mean we have all the angles covered, depending how you use the word. (VBG)

It has been proposed that those attending the Annual Shareholders Meeting in Henderson on Feb. 15 meet up the night before to get acquainted, and reacquainted.

Proposed meeting time:

Monday evening, any time! Early/late arrivals welcomed!

Proposed meeting place:

The "19th Hole Bar and Restaurant"
1361 W. Warm Springs Rd, Henderson

(Warm Springs runs parallel to Sunset Rd. and is behind Sunset Station, where many of us will be staying)

They offer free hors d'oeuvres from 4-7pm, and (I'm told)have a nice bar menu that can be ordered from at any time.

They have ample room to handle a large crowd, with overflow to an outdoor patio. (Might be good for the non-smokers among us.)

This location was selected by a fellow shareholder, 'Bigcue' on the yahoo thread, who lives in Henderson, and who looked into numerous alternatives (including trying to get a large room at the Sunset); since Monday is also Valentines' Day, many potential locations were unavailable. Bigcue says this is a nice place, with good food. I say, "Let's do it!"

Some folks could come over after dinner, some could have dinner there, or just plan on dining on hors d'oeuvres. Many of us met last year, and many will be meeting for the first time. Nonetheless, I think that picking each other out won't be so hard, especially as the throng grows. Just look for the happy guys and gals who are smiling ear to ear! (JH, will you have your hat with the big 'V' on it? Lytton, how 'bout that famous red tie that drew all eyes last year, you conspirater you! Maybe we could offer nametags so folks could just sign their aliases, heh!) I expect I'll be having an early dinner elsewhere first, and heading over directly afterwards. Looking forward to meeting all of you there!

And thanks to Bigcue for his thorough sleuthing of the possibilities.

Regards, Rich

PS MJ, I favor the whites, but appreciate the reds as well. Muchas gracias!
