If it is a matter of waiting two more quarters, or even a year, then there is no problem - I can wait.

Of course, I didn't expect strong buys to be maintained. It is good to have just "buys" right now. This way, there will be room for upgrades as things get better.

The stock traded at $23 when one recommendation was "Market outperform". I think we should go up from here to the low 30s until we see upgrades. If not, and if the market goes in a tumble mode, I think we may see $18 the stock would be snatched at that price.

It is interesting that the company managed to increase revenues by 10% in spite of the two big customers failing it. As for who are the two companies, maybe AT&T (now Lucent) is one of them. If so, we should have forseen what happened when Lucent announced they had a problem.

Go VICR (My first choice in stocks)

Ghassan.
