TTV - i like it except for this....

Equity: Common Stock no Par, 6/99, unlim. auth., 6,545,112 issd. Insiders own approx. 7%. ARC owns approx. 51%. ANTEC Corp. owns 22%. IPO 5/94, 1.5M shares @ C$4.00 by Research Capital Corp.

ARC, which owns 51%, they run ice skating rinks and are probably going to go bankrupt. What effect does this have on TTV? If ARC sells their stake and not become some shell company just holding TTV, then TTV becomes truely independent and it could take off.

Maybe Kendall can give us some perspective on this one?
