Yes, he does (three days have been set aside for the case). I am beginning to wonder how the sec (sic) is going to win their case when their "expert" geologist has never even been to the Bolivia site. From what I have been able to gather (and information has been very scarce) GE has their ducks in a row for this one (well, lets hope they do). I still cannot understand how a company which is current with all their reports is not allowed to trade on the BB but is still demoted to the pinks. GE's day will come, no matter which way, but it will come. Probart (still long, and will be until this story blooms or dies)
