This is the relationship between CS and EFNT. CS owns 13.5 million shares of EFNT. When the sale of Flowpoint for these shares was announced the price of EFNT was 63.75 a share. The transaction was finalized Dec. 20 and EFNT was at 78 1/8. Using this figure (78 1/8) to subtract from yesterdays close of EFNT (98 3/4) shows a gain of 20 5/8 per share for CS. Gain (20 5/8) X 13.5 million shares = 278,437,500 then divide by CS outstanding shares of 182,300,000= 1.53 per share of value added to CS. This depends on what per share price EFNT was booked at by CS. I would think this to be a conservative estimate.
