RE:DD/Engima - "Check out some of his in love defense of Barrick stuff"

I too have been known to support Barrick Gold in my posts.

Gold bugs, what a great day Friday! Sorry if this post sounds like bragging, it is not meant to be, I just want to share an approach that works for me. I saw a move coming on Thursday and gave one thread a "heads-up" warning at 9:32am on Friday morning. Message 12775689
(of course I added to my positions before I posted that.:-))
As some of you know I trade mostly tech stocks and insure them with the yellow stuff (stocks and physical) a system I have been using for about two years now (it greatly reduces the fear of a huge stock market crash and improves sleeping patterns). Many people, including close friends and family laugh and mock my trading technique (including a broker who was choking rather than laughing yesterday). My AU trading stocks accumulated over the past few months on weakness were up an average of 14.39% in one day alone (acting like the net stocks)! The same happened with the last spike just a few months ago, very fast returns on stocks bought when gold was trading in the $260 range. It is like putting money in the bank and getting a 30-40% annual return, you just have to be very patient. A crude approach but it works for me.
Anyone out there think that this could last a bit longer this time? Or should I just take the money and run? I already took some day trading profit late on Friday. My long term holds will just stay as they are.
Who ever said gold is dead? Gold rules!
