Expecting some kind of correction next week. Perhaps not Monday, but the spreads are huge bid /ask. This is usually an indication that as in Sept/Oct last year we will see some consolidation. My wish is to stay above 300 and build a good solid base at 300 or above. Time will tell.

A flight to quality!!!

"Talk of producers buying back their hedge positions and speculation of a hedge fund unwinding sparked light into the gold market, said Dave Meger, analyst at Alaron Trading.

"With the dramatic swings that have been occurring in the bond and stock market, forces seem to be moving money from paper products to the gold market," said David Jesser, managing director of Alaron.

"Historically this type of price action is a flight to quality," Jesser said."
