Mark, in some recent proposals that I've seen in the mid to latter part of 1999 involving Cornerstone, they spec'ed out NT's end-office switches and software as integral components to their designs. I think that while there are certainly legal separations which define the JV, the functional ties to NT are still very prevalent, IMO, which would explain the email stationery questions. That is only my perception, though, and I could be wrong. BTW, I never thanked you on the post you did on TERN earlier in the week. I thought it was extremely well written and revealing, thanks. Frank
