Hi William,

Any comments on an interpretation of an initial filing. Several weeks back in Dec I followed NEOP at I-Watch. There was a constant large order in each day to accumulate shares. Now this initial filing. Would this initial filing reflect a recently accumulated position. I cannot get into Insider Trader today to see how they show it. Any comments on initial filings.

Thanks
Jeffrey

William: Great thread I went through a lot of the posts and was amazed at the success. You made a comment in one post that 5 thousand shares is a small order,I can't imagine placing many orders of that size. I would like to know what special problems an order of that size creates, especially in small float stocks?

Dennis

Are there any particular advantages or disadvantages in placing an All or none order when you are fishing the bottom or high on a stock, say in the 10,000 to 20,000 share range? Thought you might have an opinion or it could be a stupid question.
