Hi William, Any comments on an interpretation of an initial filing. Several weeks back in Dec I followed NEOP at I-Watch. There was a constant large order in each day to accumulate shares. Now this initial filing. Would this initial filing reflect a recently accumulated position. I cannot get into Insider Trader today to see how they show it. William: Great thread I went through a lot of the posts and was amazed at the success. You made a comment in one post that 5 thousand shares is a small order,I can't imagine placing many orders of that size. I would like to know what special problems an order of that size creates, especially in small float stocks? Dennis
