Dear Haim,

>SUNW may be as low as $45 or lower (and still be grossly overvalued based on projected earnings).

If SUNW goes to $45 I am going to do two things:

1.) Break my, "enough is enough," policy for the first time ever and pick up more shares of SUNW.

2.) Do something I have said I shall never do: Buy those shares on margin if I am out of cash to invest at the time.

I am not licking my chops in anticipation because I do not think SUNW will go that low. BUT if it does...

Regards,

Lynn

Hi Haim
Haven't seen you post on this thread for a while. Welcome back.

I bought back most of my Feb covered calls during the last drop. Have some Feb and Mar 85 and Mar 90s along with a ton of Feb 80 long puts. Haven't written naked puts on SUN for a while. I do have naked put and call on CSCO Feb 95 and 120 - may roll the 120s to March if NAS dosen't slow down. I think in the current environent you can throw fundamentals out of the window and go with the flow (momentum and sentiment is what drives the market). SUN is still consolidating afte the breakout in Nov sice when it has practically doubled. I expect it to be in a trading range (low 70s when sentiment is vey negative, mid to high 80s when tech stocks are firing on all cylinders - between this range you can make money buying and selling options)

Regards

Alok

Give me a holler if you're willing to sell me any SUNW at "$45 or lower."
