Dr. J has stated on numerous occasions that wcdma is part of Q's ipr. If you follow Q for a while, you'll come to realize that he is not prone towards making unsubstantiated claims. This is a technical issue, and I think I'll defer to his expertise.

Does Omnitracs exist in Europe?

I would have sworn there was a press release in the last several months about either an acquistion of or a partnership with a European company through which it was obvious OmniTracs could be marketed. But darned if I could find it. I wonder if I was thinking of the OmniTracs announcements in China and Argentina. Dunno.
