If I'm correctly interpreting the ARTT SC 13D filed today, WinStar cashed out its position in ARTT. edgar-online.com Effective December 31, 1999, the LLC was merged into Winstar. On February 3, 2000, as a result of the sale of all of the shares of the Issuer owned by Winstar, Winstar ceased to be the beneficial owner of any shares of the Issuer.
