How did the rough draft surface?

It was posted on the AZNT RB thread by someone calling himself "aaaa". No one seems to know who he is--he'd never contributed to the AZNT board before, and hasn't done so since, though he has a long history as an RB member--or why he leaked it.

We believe, however, that his source was probably Pugs. Seems it was Pugs who actually threw the thing together, using the HITT complaint as his model. Then it was perhaps "fixed up" by Robert Qualey, the attorney who's name appears on it. Qualey was once an officer of AZNT, and is still a beneficial owner. So I assume he does this stuff free. I also assume he must be pretty embarrassed by now.

Pugs is saying that it was filed Friday afternoon, but he loves to make Important Announcements on Friday evenings when it's too late for anyone to check. My guess is that it wasn't done.

Pugs keeps insisting that I got a "cease and desist letter" in June. I got a letter, all right, though I don't believe the words "cease and desist" appeared in it. It wasn't written by a lawyer--full of misspelled and misapplied legal terminology--wasn't signed by a lawyer, or by a judge. Wasn't signed by anyone, actually: just a generic typed: AZNT Management and Shareholders. Very definitely an amateur effort. And oh yes: it was also sent to all the people living in the Texas trailer park. People Pugs believes to be me. Though now he may think I live in Elk Grove California. He was convinced of that for awhile; don't know whether he's changed his "mind". What there is of it.

I suppose it's SI and RB that they think they'll get the half-billion from; they certainly won't get it from us.
