Brad, I'll be paying attention to the Windows 2000 rollout, but keep in mind:

(1) There will be an absolute blizzard of PRs coming from every partner and partner's partner on that day.

(2) The focus of the news coverage will be Microsoft, and maybe even the US v. MSFT lawsuit.

(3) IDX isn't listed as a "partner" and is only a partner of a partner.

(4) If IDX has something that day, it will probably be an application. Not quite OS-level, I predict. We can hope there aren't any other biometric applications out there, but I'll bet we see something from voice, something from facial recognition, etc., just so MSFT looks cutting edge enough, even if they know these apps aren't ready for prime time in commerce.

So . . . I hope we're there, but don't expect a killer press release. And I hope I'm wrong.

All IDX: "IDX is moving toward a supercritical mass of fundamentals"

From RB board - great perspective from this guy, muledeer.
For those who are still losing patience with IDX, this is a must read. Enjoy!
