This isn't spam. I gain nothing from it. But I want to share a freeware site that is terrific and overcomes all of my complaints about Streamer. The URL for downloading it is quotetracker.com For Datek customers the real time feed is Streamer. It works with a whole bunch of other feeds from a variety of sources for non-Datek customers. Your portfolio is locked in and doesn't have to be renewed each day. Multiple portfolios (IRA's and trading) can be updated simultaneously and a single mouse click switches between them. If you enter your positions and the price you get real-time portfolio value with gain/loss. News is a single mouse click next to any security name and a symbol appears the moment new news appears. You can even cause a window to automatically open if there's news. Multiple Island windows can be opened simultaneously. Real time charts can be triggered with a single mouse click. There is nominal space committed for ads. But if you want to get rid of them a 1-time fee of $60 does it. I've already told a few of my friends about it and we all agree it's a terrific add-in. As I said in the opening, I gain nothing from this post. Just want to share a software add-in that overcomes all the shortcomings of Datek Streamer for others to know about.
